Rev. Stone in Jail, Again
On July 2, 2009, Rev. John Stone was shot at twice at close range in a robbery attempt in Sun City, AZ at around 5:00pm. (see previous story)
As of this date, it is believed that the gunmen, although known, have not been arrested. However, while the shooting is supposedly being investigated, the victim of attempted murder, Rev. John Stone, was arrested and featured in the news, as the No. 1 scam artist in the area.
In the morning of July 27th, before the arrest, Rev. Stone awaken with an agenda to inform the courts of the shooting.
Stone says he went to Sandra Day O’Connor Federal Courthouse, and filed a notice with federal Judge Neil Wake, who was presiding on their IRS appeal. He has also composed a newsletter concerning the whitewash of the shooting and placed the newsletter in other judges’ boxes, as well.
The newsletter, just as the court notices expounded that Bankruptcy Judge James Marlar, AZ Federal District Judge Mary H. Murguia and Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Paul J. McMurdie are directly tied to the shooting.
Stone went to Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Paul J. McMurdie, a defendant in the IRS lawsuit and left him a copy, too. Lastly, Stone says he stopped by the attorney general’s office and a few more businesses along the way and gave a few newsletters to them.
When Stone returned home, wife Shirley was working on a project on their computer, so he waited for her to finish, so he could use the computer. It was only after a few minutes of waiting when Shirley says she watched the plain clothed policemen drive up, get out and walk toward the house.
She noticed that one of the officers placed his hand on his gun repositioning it around his waist as to make sure of the gun’s location. Shirley says she thought, why would he need his gun? She and John had no idea that they had come to arrest John. In fact, Shirley offered the officers a seat and cool water twice, as they waited for Stone, thinking they were there to finally investigate the shooting.
Stone appeared and asked the officers to follow him to the garage to show them the auto involved in the shooting. However, Shirley said they weren’t interested in the shooting; didn’t seem to know anything about it, but allowed Stone to go through his spill. When Stone placed one foot outside the garage, another officer they didn’t know was there waiting, walked up behind him and said, you were indicted this morning for 17 counts of fraudulent schemes.
The news reported Rev. Stone as the No. 1 scam artist in the area charged with 17 counts of frauds and more complaints not yet included. Each station seem to have their own take showing many business owners irate because Rev. Stone’s failed to give them the advertising they purchased.
Stone says, he is not guilty, but guess that it had to come to this point. It seems strange that just a few months earlier, the Attorney General’s office said that the failure to perform on contract is civil not criminal. So, what happened that would make a business of over 20 years, become a series of fraudulent schemes in the last four?
Stones’ wife says, that John was working the business alone. That there is a legitimate business license for the same type of business that he has worked since moving to Phoenix, in 1988. There’s lots of evidence of past performances and repayments when the funds were available to repay for whatever reasons, like any other business.
Court records provide that Stone filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy and included many of the business owners for repayment. However, just like the corrupt interferences against his business, Stone says even his bankruptcy exposed him to a myriad of crimes, committed by law enforcement, judges and private individuals, intentionally making their lives a living hell.
Stone says it was well known that he was active against corrupt officials and was pursuing the mandatory damages due him and family. That if those damages were allowed to be adjudicated, then his business would not have suffered as it did and that he had no control over what had happened. But, the question still remains, how did civil transactions become a series of fraudulent schemes?
I’ll answer that question with a question.
What happens to individuals when they publicly accuse officials of misconduct alleging racketeering in the courts and feature stories about it on the web?
After Stone got in touch with law enforcement about the shooting, on July 8th, the Sun City Independent Newspaper featured a small article with no mentioning of the shooting. (See previous article)
After several conversations with attorneys about the shooting, Stone reported the shooting to law enforcement and was told that a detective would come out to his home. Stone found out which detective was assigned to him and called him to set a time for the visit. Then Stone wrote down what had happened and faxed the complaint to him twice, and sent him a copy by certified mail. However, by July 27th, there had been no visit from the detective, and no arrests for the shooting, but Stone was arrested and taken to jail, without any concerns or accurate news report that the shooters were still lose to fire their weapons again.
Meanwhile, the media having had their hayday(s) of prosecuting Stone as a fake preacher, liar and swindler, his family was still in possession of the bullet. Then on August 6th, the detective and forensic crew showed up at the Stone’s residence and took pictures of the bullet holes in the auto Stone was driving and then took the bullet.
The Stones believe that the arrest and public smear, although not the first time, is a continuing corrupt effort to force them out of Arizona. That this arrest and public smear is an all out effort to distract from the real issue, that the judges took power where they had none, trespass against the Stones, their creditors and other third parties, and have persistently denied the Stones due process of law to cover their tails for their crimes.
The Stones say that fraud has been persistently committed against them by judges, attorneys, and law enforcement that have used the legal system to steal from them, millions of dollars in mandatory restitution.
The Stones say they can prove and have proven over and over again that they have been denied their constitutional rights to be secure in their home, to own property, have a business without corrupt interferences and the right to be protected and go to court like any other U.S. citizens, to address the wrongs committed against them. That the recent arrest of Stone is the continuation of cover-up official misconduct and to get rid of the Stones for good.
It’s a crime for judges to join together to deny litigants due process of law, equal protection and treatment.
Yet, in the Stones’ case, judge after judge used their position, (was not acting as a judge) ratified void orders, and now since the shooting brings attention to the judges’ crimes, they want to take the public’s attention from the allegations of their crimes, the shooting, and discredit Stone as a swindler.
Stone says he’s just a businessman, who had financial problems caused by situations beyond his control. That there really is a fraudulent scheme going on, but it is not by him, but the Maricopa County government.
Is this a racial thing?
Although the Stones are black, they believe for some, their race maybe the motivation; however, they believe that this is more of an economic situation where litigants who can’t afford an attorney get shafted; and when they keeping fighting back as the Stones have been doing, the judges commanded protection to cover their acts, and as Stone’s two arrests have shown, they are in the position to manipulate the situation however they please, even using the media for propaganda.
Case law provides that, “When a large number of men . . . arm and organize themselves by divisions and companies, appoint officers and . . . engage in a common purpose to defy the law, . . . and . . . to deprive any portion of the fellow-citizens of the rights to which they are entitled under the Constitution and laws, it is a levying of war against the state, and the offense is treason. ” Paxson, C.J., in Commonwealth v. O’Donnel, 12 Pa Co 97, 104-105 (Oyer & Tr , Allegheny Cty 1892).
On March 6, 2006, 6 months after the eviction and robbery of the Stones’ belongings, Stone was arrested for threatening to make a citizen’s arrest. This was after no help from the judges and no help from law enforcement to get back what was taken from them. Because Rev. Stone was persistent at trying to get their belongings back, he was arrested and convicted for no crime. We will bring back that story in a later writing, but for now we are wondering, will history repeat itself?
So the question still remains, that with so many corrupt interferences from the government and private individuals, how could the last four years of a business operating for over 20 years, is now a series of fraudulent schemes?
