I vow to use my influence over U.S. Attorney General Holder and Judges to further our corrupt agenda. As Bankruptcy Judge James M. Marlar attests in a recorded hearing, featured on theexposure.com, Marlar followed my instructions and used my fake injunction to block access to court to prevent the prosecution of the robbery of a bankruptcy estate of over $360,000,000.00 in assets, which I usurped power to make valid.

As a Federal Judge and former Director of the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys at the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. working side-by-side with Deputy now U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, I am using my influence to hinder and block federal and state investigations and prosecutions involving my own corruption and the corruption of my colleagues and our co-conspirators.
 

If you join me and my unit, then we will afford you our insurance policy, which includes media cooperation. Should you not join us, then we will be forced to black list you, and if you pursue us we will prosecute you. You should know that I cannot legally remove the information on theexposure.com, because truth is an absolute defense to a defamation or libel suit. However, my relationship with U.S. A.G. Eric Holder, many U.S. Attorneys that answered to me, Federal and State Judges, and other high ranking officials affords me the luxury to act above and outside of the law.
 

In September of 2007, I was called in to use my influence to prevent prosecutions and continue blocking criminal information and investigations into the criminal activity of my co-conspirators, and those crimes are well-chronicled on theexposure.com. I am calling on judges to ignore the Canons of Law and U.S. Constitution and join my unit.
 

As the website reveals, the Stone family was assaulted and robbed at gunpoint of all their property, property of their bankruptcy estate, and property belonging to third parties.
 

Because they are Black and representing themselves, which is no fault of mine, the Peoria Police, Phoenix Police, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department, Maricopa County Attorneys and other officials blocked the criminal information, and investigation of the crimes committed against them by government officials and others and left them to defend for themselves.
 

In order to stop Reverend John Stone from lawfully pursuing and apprehending the culprits of the crimes, County Attorney Andrew Thomas colluded with Sheriff Detectives Gentry and Graham and had Stone wrongfully arrested, incarcerated, prosecuted, and convicted for of all things-- making a lawful citizen’s arrest.
 

However, while under the gravel of the criminal justice system, Stone never stopped pursuing his justice. While pursuing the wrongdoers, he had to support his family. Although it may not have been his intention to sacrifice his business or clients, we gave him no choice, by making him go from court to court, only to be blocked from justice.
 

Stone’s lawful business involves Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, and over 100 business owners that Stone sold advertising to while trying to support his lawful pursuance of getting us off the streets and out of the courts.
 

We have obstructed and cut off all Stone’s avenues to justice to prevent our prosecutions forcing Stone to breach contracts and not perform on his promises to business owners. We are continuing our work in concert that has defamed Stone and made it impossible for him to operate a successful business. In order for Stone to continue pursuing justice, he has been forced to run his own criminal investigation and use whatever methods he can to bring us all to justice.
 

There is no doubt that the public policy interest of stopping our corruption and protecting the public greatly outweighs all performances not delivered upon by Stone.
 

We are getting support from Arizona Law Enforcement Agencies who are conspiring with certain media, and others to show Stone as a fraudulent schemer and confidence man, when in fact Stone’s campaign greatly benefits the entire public and lawfully and morally qualifies as the greatest just cause one can perform.
 

With the aid from our new co-conspirators, our smoke screen will continue to enable us to cover-up our crimes and get rid of Stone. Had we been brought to justice, the Stones would have been compensated for our malicious acts, the theft of their property and the injuries sustained by their clients would not have occurred.
 

Stone’s son has type I diabetes and we endangered his life when we stole and destroyed his insulin pumps, supplies, equipment, and records which is still causing his body to deteriorate faster than it would have if we had not committed our crimes, but remember he is Black, so our depravity is not as bad.
